Shop & Storefront

People subconsciously (think, automatically), will often opt for the path of minimal effort. By placing "Add to Cart" button on product card, we reduced friction and made it easier for users to quickly add books to their cart, which significantly increased conversion rates - up to 20%.


Product Detail

Hick's Law says decisions are easier with fewer choices. Placing floating button before a customer reaches the point of many choices (published year etc.), we increased conversion in Watchdog's checkout by 10%.

When a book sells out mid-cart, users experience a sudden loss of momentum. Framing the interruption around the solution, not the problem, keeps the purchase intent alive. A single micro-copy change recovered multi-million CZK in monthly revenue and reduced abandonment at this step by 25%.

An user can use these keywords in search help him discover similary rated books in search.


Wallet & Balance

Lowering the barrier to entry for new users was critical for growth. Quick overview of wallet balance and easy overview of sold books and transfering them to bank account was key for user retention and growth.

Cognitive load is the mental effort needed to complete a task. The comparasent of amount of books to a well-known building reduces cognitive load, so users quickly see how much book they're stocking each day, making it feel simpler.
